Thank you for shopping at HAIRLUXES. We are committed to delivering your products safely, efficiently, and transparently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders have a daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time. Orders placed after this cutoff window will begin processing the following business day.

Our standard internal handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). This is the duration required to pack, inspect, and transition your order from our fulfillment channels to the carrier network.

Please Note: Large, heavy freight items (such as the John Deere Zero-Turn Mowers, Honda Mowers, Suncast Storage Sheds, and Frame Pool Sets) may require an additional 24 hours of secure crating and handling preparation prior to carrier dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide standardized domestic shipping configurations across our entire product catalog for customers browsing within our primary target jurisdictions:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (Small/Medium Items - Leather Gear & Backpacks): 1 to 3 business days in transit (Monday–Friday) via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Shipping cost is a transparent flat rate of $15.00.
  • LTL Freight Shipping (Heavy Items - Mowers, Sheds, Machinery): 3 to 7 business days in transit (Monday–Friday). Heavy items are shipped via specialized freight lines and include complimentary Liftgate Delivery & Curbside Drop-off. The freight carrier will call you directly at the phone number provided during checkout to arrange a convenient delivery window.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Visibility

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active tracking number(s) once your order has logged into the carrier's network. Tracking links generally become active and scannable within 24 hours of generation.

For consumer protection and to prevent porch piracy, all high-value shipments containing merchandise valued over $500 strictly require a physical signature upon delivery.

4. Address Modifications

To minimize fulfillment errors, systemic processing delays, and fraudulent interventions, we are completely unable to modify a delivery address once an order has left our facility. If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us at Hairluxs@gmail.com within 2 hours of order placement to request a manual correction.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Every package dispatched from our network is fully insured against carrier loss or physical damage during transit. For large items (such as zero-turn mowers or outdoor storage sheds), ensure you inspect the freight crate before signing the driver's delivery receipt. If you discover that your order is defective, physically damaged, or contains the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of reception at Hairluxs@gmail.com  We will immediately evaluate the issue, provide a priority return label or freight return pickup, and dispatch a brand-new replacement item to you at no extra cost.
